Tip #1: The Repeat Button:

With so many reserve additions to a crew member’s master schedule, did you know you can speed up the process by using the repeat option when adding other time codes (which are only the green codes). Just right click on the empty space in the master schedule and add the reserve code, then to speed the process right click on each day one at a time and click repeat.
