This software will be a full bidding software enabling the company to automate any VAC, Base and Eqp bidding needs. This will be integrated into the ELP CrewPortal, so the crew can still have one App for all their company needs. Seamless integration with your CMS will enable automated processes and with the ELP CrewPortal, crews will be notified in a fully automated manner. Vacation Bidding module will include: 1) Yearly posting and multiple VAC round awarding, 2) Vacation monthly trading between crews and with open VAC trips, 3) Vacation monthly preferences (hrs to apply, slides, inviolate days), and 4) Annual VAC payout, covert VAC to Float, Pay out Float.
