ELP’s CrewPortal pulls data directly from all your core software’s multiple databases into one dynamic engine, enabling real-time communications between staff, crew members, internal departments, and sister carriers.  Each of your departments has complete control over what and how the information is distributed, based on their individual needs.

Your airline can pick through our menu of features or request a custom, cost-effective feature designed specifically to your unique needs.  As your needs change and your crews request new functionality, we can just add a new ingredient, giving your airline one core communications platform and your staff and crews one single sign-on for all their company communications.  All with the flexibility to change as your operation changes.

No. ELP’s CrewPortal not only alerts crew members of scheduling notifications, but can be used by all departments requiring automated communications and notifications.  The Training Dept can notify upcoming training events, Payroll can notify current and past pay reports, HR can notify broadcast messages, etc.  It is a full communications solution.

Yes.  The ELP’s CrewPortal core engine was specifically designed to monitor legal and contractual rest requirements.  Before any communications are sent the system runs through extensive logic and checks to ensure legal rest is not interrupted.
