ELP’s CrewPay engine will pull all of the required data from multiple databases and run it through complex logic outside your core CMS. Error reports are run during the QA process to identify entry errors and exceptions.  The pay reports are visible to crewmembers throughout the month and through the CrewPay App, they can chat with payroll to identify errors prior to processing.  ELP’s analytical tools capture the history and helps identify costly trends, soft time, and gaps in crew utilization.

Yes. Our solution will pull raw data directly from any of your core systems, such as your CMS, Training Software, HR, etc. All of the pieces you need will be compiled into the ELP Core Engine and used to calculate all pay related activities, avoiding the typical manual processes.

ELP’s system will calculate all accruals and deductions for any of your required banks. The core engine will interact with custom-made banks for tracking sick, vacation, and pay credits negatively accrued. ELP’s unique engine is designed to accommodate complicated processes and will seamlessly integrate into the entire solution.

We create extensive QA & error reports that the customer runs in a specific order depending on their needs, which is typically maintained through our dashboard.

The system automatically calculates based on parameters chosen; then the auditor (with a one or two-step approval process) audits and approves, and has the ability to make adjustments or additions as needed.

Yes.  Many of our customers have come to us after being told their custom logic was either not possible or too costly to program, and we successfully provided them with a complete solution without the need for any manual work-arounds.

ELP’s core engine will not rely on existing calculations within your CMS. ELP will pull the raw data and perform calculations outside the core system, giving ELP the ability to calculate extremely complex logic, such as, pay protection and per diem.

The system will have what-if scenarios, to calculate the cost of each proposed rule during new contract negotiations. This will also help determine effects on union grievances.

The dashboard will contain graphs, charts, and specific analytical tools needed to identify trends in cost analysis, such as soft time, productivity gaps, reimbursable expenses, sick and vacation accruals and deductions, etc. All items in the dashboard will have detailed drill-down reporting capability.  For reports that are not compatible with charts or graphs will be accessible from the web-based front-end in a separate section.

Yes. The Training App in our CrewPortal will automatically notify crewmembers and instructors of training events, expired documents, broadcasts, etc. closing the communication gap and reducing phone calls between your team, instructors, and crew members.

Through ELP’s CrewPortal, crewmembers have the ability to see their past, current, and future pay reports through a secured website and the ELP App.  Crewmembers can use the chat function to communicate with your payroll staff and have the ability to positively accept payroll prior to processing.  Since the CrewPortal is not embedded in the payroll system but designed to seamlessly integrate with the system, it reads multiple databases and compiles information critical to the crews all in one app, depending on the different modules the customer requests.  Our customers use this product to relieve crew scheduling, crew training, and crew payroll from non-critical communication, such as notifications, check-in, expiring training documents, and payroll-related questions.
